Leads purchased through BidNest are not guaranteed to be verified or accurate. It is your responsibility to evaluate each lead. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding lead quality.

4. Platform Access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at any time without notice or liability.

5. Changes to Terms

BidNest may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
